EXTENDED INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Information document pursuant to and for the purposes of article 13, Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003
In compliance with Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 (Privacy Code) and subsequent amendments, we provide you with the necessary information regarding the processing of personal data provided by you. The information is not to be considered valid for other websites that may be consulted through links on the owner's domain websites, which is not to be considered in any way responsible for the websites of third parties. This information is also provided pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 - Personal Data Protection Code. The information is also inspired by Recommendation no. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, gathered in the Group established by art. 29 of the directive no. 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify certain minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online, and, in particular, the methods, timing and nature of the information that data controllers must provide users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the connection, as well as the provisions of Directive 2002/58/EC, as updated by Directive 2009/136/EC, on Cookies, and the provisions of Provision 08.05.2014 of the Guarantor for the protection of personal data concerning cookies.
1. THE "DATA CONTROLLER" OF THE TREATMENT, pursuant to article 28 of the Personal Data Protection Code is Trastil Via Contardo Ferrini 21 - Milan - Italy, in the person of the pro-tempore legal representative.
RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TREATMENT, pursuant to article 29 of the Personal Data Protection Code, the Internal Data Processing Manager is the IT Area Manager.
2. TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
Personal and identification data.
Personal data means any information relating to a natural person, identified or identifiable, even indirectly, by reference to any other information, including a personal identification number; Identifying data are the personal data that allow direct identification of the person concerned (such as name, surname, date of birth, address, e-mail address, telephone number, etc.).
Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc..) and other parameters relating to the operating system and computer environment of the user.
Defence in court
The User's Personal Data may be used to defend the Owner in court or in the preparatory stages for its possible establishment, from abuse in the use of the same or related services by the User. The data may be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site.
Maintenance.
The User's Personal Data may be processed with additional methods and purposes related to maintenance.
Data provided voluntarily by the User
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this site and/or the completion of data collection forms, involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data entered.

Specific information may be presented on the pages of the Site in relation to particular services or processing of Data provided by the User or the Interested Party.
3. PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING FOR WHICH CONSENT IS GRANTED WHERE REQUIRED (ART. 23 OF LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196/03)
Data of a personal and possibly sensitive nature, voluntarily provided, will be processed for the following purposes, until you object:
- navigation on this website;
- any request for contact, with the sending of information requested by you;
- eventual subscription to the newsletter of the Data Controller;
- possible sending of your curriculum vitae;
- administrative-accounting activities in general. For the purposes of applying the provisions on the protection of personal data, the processing operations carried out for administrative-accounting purposes are those connected with the performance of activities of an organisational, administrative, financial and accounting nature, regardless of the nature of the data processed. In particular, these purposes are pursued by internal organisational activities, those functional to the fulfilment of contractual and pre-contractual obligations, information activities.
4. METHODS OF PROCESSING - STORAGE
The processing shall be carried out automatically and/or manually, with methods and tools aimed at guaranteeing maximum security and confidentiality, by persons specifically appointed for this purpose in compliance with the provisions of articles 31 et seq. Legislative Decree 196/03. The data will be kept for a period not exceeding the purposes for which the data was collected and subsequently processed.
5. SCOPE OF COMMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION
Your data, the subject of the processing, will not be disclosed, but may instead be communicated to companies contractually bound to Trastil Via Contardo Ferrini 21 - Milan - Italy, abroad within the European Union, in accordance with and within the limits of art. 42 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003. Personal data may be transferred abroad to countries outside the European Union within the scope and within the limits provided for in Articles 43 and 44 letter b) of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, in order to comply with contracts or related purposes. The data may be communicated to third parties belonging to the following categories:
- subjects providing services for the management of the information system used by Trastil Via Contardo Ferrini 21 - Milan - Italy and telecommunications networks (including e-mail);
- companies of Trastil Via Contardo Ferrini 21 - Milan - Italy, for administrative and accounting purposes;
- studies or companies in the field of assistance and consultancy relations;
- competent authorities for the fulfilment of legal obligations and/or provisions of public bodies, upon request.
The subjects belonging to the above categories perform the function of Data Processor, or operate in complete autonomy as separate Data Controllers. Any further communication or dissemination will be made only with your explicit consent.
6. NATURE OF CONFERMENT AND REFUSAL
Apart from that specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data.
The provision of your personal data is optional but necessary to perfect the specific functions and use the services provided by the Data Controller. Failure to provide such data may make it impossible to obtain the information requested, for example, it may prevent you from receiving feedback from the Data Controller, it may prejudice the sending of your application / cv, it may prevent you from registering for the newsletter service.
7. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES
You may assert your rights as expressed in art. 7, 8, 9 and 10 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003, by contacting the Data Controller, or the appointed Manager by contacting Trastil Via Contardo Ferrini 21 - Milan - Italy
You have the right, at any time, to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of the data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or correction (Article 7 of the Personal Data Protection Code).
Pursuant to the same article, the data subject has the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, their processing.
If you contact the owner, please provide your e-mail address, name, address and/or telephone numbers, in order to allow the correct management of the request.
8. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
The Owner reserves the right to modify, update, add or remove parts of this privacy policy at its own discretion and at any time. The person concerned is required to periodically check for any changes. In order to facilitate such verification, the policy will contain an indication of the date on which the policy was updated. The use of the site, after the publication of the changes, will constitute acceptance of the changes.
